In-house AI Training · Singapore

Your team knows ChatGPT. That's no longer enough.

Hands-on training that takes your people from typing prompts to building automations and AI agents that do part of their job. At your office or online. Everyone builds something in the room.

Why now

Knowing how to prompt is like putting "knows Google Docs" on a CV.

Three years ago, a ChatGPT workshop was the training. Today everyone in your office can prompt. The gap has moved. It now sits between teams that use AI to write a bit faster and teams that use it to run the work.

Level 1 · Everyone has this

Generative AI

Prompt, copy, paste. Useful for drafts. A person still starts every task by hand, so nothing about the workload changes.

Level 2 · Most "AI-ready" teams

Automation

Fixed workflows that run without a person. A big step, and where we lived for eighteen months. But someone has to design every step, and it breaks when reality doesn't match the plan.

Level 3 · Where we train to

Agents

Give it the goal and the tools. It plans the steps, reads your files and browser, checks its own work and asks for approval when it matters. This is what your team leaves able to build.

Formats

Three ways to run it. All hands-on.

No slide-only sessions. We map your team's real workflows before the day, and every person builds on their own tools and data.

Half day · whole company

AI foundations, done properly

For teams where most people are still at level one. Get everyone prompting consistently, show them where it stops being useful, and have each person build one small automation before lunch.

  • Live demo of an agent doing a real task from your business
  • Prompting that gets the same output twice
  • One automation per person, built and running
Full day · the builders

Automations and agents

For the people who will own AI in your company. n8n in the morning, Claude Code and Codex in the afternoon. Each person builds an agent for their own role and ships it before they leave.

  • Build a workflow that runs without you
  • Build a skill and an agent, with approval steps
  • Group build: one shared workflow the team keeps
Three days · bootcamp

Digital marketing and AI, in depth

The format we run for our own Digital X Bootcamp, adapted for a company, an association or a community. Around 50 people per intake, working on real projects across marketing, content and operations.

  • Day one: AI for marketing and content that actually ships
  • Day two: automations that run the repeat work
  • Day three: build and launch your first agent
What the day looks like

We show it working first. Then everyone builds.

The opening demo is the same one we ran for our own team: an agent takes a content brief, writes the copy, sends it to two review agents, generates the images in the house style and queues the post. It runs while we talk. By the time it publishes, the room has seen what "agent" means.

1

Before the day

We interview two or three of your people and list the repetitive work. The exercises are built from that list, not from a template.

2

Morning

The three levels, the live demo, and the first build. Everyone leaves the morning with something running.

3

Afternoon

Agents and skills. Teams pick a real task from their week and build the agent that does it, with approval steps where they belong.

4

After

Recording, step-by-step notes and the builds themselves, documented. Optional follow-on where we build alongside your team.

Curriculum

What your team learns, in the order it has to happen.

Module 1

Generative AI, properly

Prompting for consistent output. Style samples. Where the model is reliable and where it is guessing.

Module 2

Automation with n8n

Triggers, steps, connections. Build a workflow that runs the same job every time without a person.

Module 3

Agents and skills

Claude Code and Codex. Give an agent a goal, tools and files. Add the approval gates. Run several at once.

Module 4

Into the daily workflow

Each person maps one job they do every week to an automation or agent, and leaves with it doing that job.

Who teaches it

Trained by the people who run their company on it.

We are not trainers who read about agents. About 70% of Zion Global's processes run on automation, and our own team went through this exact programme in September 2026.

Whole-team training for a Singapore social media and PR agency on building client presentation decks with AI. Same room, same rule on the screen: the quality of your input determines the quality of your output.

Fit check

Good fit, bad fit.

Book this if…

  • Your team already uses ChatGPT and you can't see what it changed.
  • You want people to leave with something running, not a certificate.
  • You can give us two or three people for an hour before the day, to map the real work.
  • Everyone can bring a laptop and log in to their own tools.

Skip it if…

  • You want a keynote about the future of AI. We can do it, but it won't change Monday.
  • IT won't let staff use AI tools on company accounts. Fix that first.
  • Nobody senior will attend. The builds die without someone who can say yes.
Before you book

What people ask us first.

No. Our own team is marketers, ops and sales people, and they build agents. The tools have moved to plain English. What you need is people who know their own work well enough to describe it.

A laptop each, and accounts on the tools we'll use. We send a short checklist two weeks before: which subscriptions, which logins, and what to bring from your own work. Sorting this out in advance is the difference between a build day and a setup day.

Team workshops work best small enough that we can look at everyone's screen. The three-day bootcamp format runs at around 50. Tell us your headcount and we'll recommend the format.

It has to be, or it doesn't work. Every exercise comes from the workflow mapping we do with your people before the day. A PR agency, a clinic and a logistics firm get different builds from the same curriculum.

You keep the recording, the notes and every build made on the day. If the team wants to go further than they can on their own, we can build alongside them. See AI Automation & Agents.

Both work. In person is better for the build sessions because we can walk the room. Online is fine for the half-day foundations format and for teams spread across countries.

Your next step

Get an outline built for your team.

Tell us how many people, what they do all day, and which format you're thinking of. We send back a one-page outline and a quote. No call needed unless you want one.

If your team isn't ready for level three yet, we'll tell you and suggest the half day instead.
